try not to 'over-analyze' yourself.

Insights Learning & Development Limited we value your privacy. The
Insights web site does not collect personal information about
individuals except when knowingly provided by such individuals (or as
otherwise described below). When you register and respond to any request
at our site for personal information (for example, your name and e-mail
address), we will not disclose this information to third parties. If you
have selected coaching, limited module based information will be
available to your Accredited Insights Coach. Please be aware that
whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online (for
example on message boards or through e-mail), that information can be
collected and used by Insights and by others and may result in
unsolicited messages. In addition, Insights cannot be responsible for
the secure transmission of individual emails arising from the use of the
Insights web site. Insights Learning & Development may contact you using
the contact information provided to us. Upon request, you can be
removed from our contact list. Insights Learning & Development does
maintain a database of evaluator results for ongoing research and
development. This aggregate data is not connected to personal
