With over 20 years of HR experience, Leslie uses a

Insights experience. Leslie designs and develops custom programs that
are practical, sustainable, and have a positive impact on the
organizations she serves. Her expertise includes leadership and team
development, change management, organizational effectiveness, and

Leslie has a diverse work background that includes the corporate
positions of; Manager of People Development for Credit Union Central
Alberta , HR team member at PanCanadian Petroleum and CareWest. She has
also held positions in the Faculty of Nursing and Continuing Education
at the University of Calgary. She has expertise working with numerous
leadership and workstyle assessment tools including; Insights Discovery,
Disc, Myers Briggs and Business Development Systems.
