With over 20 years of HR experience, Leslie uses a
dynamic and skillful approach to fully engage clients with their
Insights experience. Leslie designs and develops custom programs that
are practical, sustainable, and have a positive impact on the
organizations she serves. Her expertise includes leadership and team
development, change management, organizational effectiveness, and
performance enhancement. Leslie brings passion and high energy to each

at the University of Calgary. She has expertise working with numerous
leadership and workstyle assessment tools including; Insights Discovery,
Disc, Myers Briggs and Business Development Systems.
