Helen Morley

today's organizations. Helen is committed to helping organizations
make this statement a truthful statement and a reality. In her view of
the world; this must be spoken by the employees and customers of the
organization to be considered the truth. Helen has the courage and
uncanny ability to ask just the right questions to understand the need
of her clients, leading to a journey of discovery and exploration.
Helen is
committed to building relationships with clients that provide
value-added services by continuing to look for innovative and creative
solutions to issues and challenges. She never uses the same approach
twice since her belief is that even her best can always be improved.
She is committed to continuous learning and is a living example of
continuously expanding and enhancing her own skills and abilities.
Helen seeks client relationships that provide opportunities for her to
learn so she can transfer her growing knowledge on to her clients.
Helen began
her career as a leadership and organizational consultant in 1989 and has
experience in organizational assessment, organizational change
strategies, performance management design, leadership development and
project management. Helen Morley is a skilled and creative facilitator,
program designer and mediator and these skills are used extensively in
the services she delivers. She has worked successfully in the areas of
team development, continuous development, leadership and organizational
development and effectiveness consulting, dispute resolution and
performance management.
Helen
played an instrumental leadership role introducing the Insights
Discovery system to North America beginning in 1998. Helen has been a
key contributor to the development of the Insights Discovery New
Generation research and development process and the Insights
Transformational Leadership solution. Today she still continues to
combine her passion for travel, learning and discovery through
facilitating, designing and creating solutions for clients in Calgary,
Canada, United States and throughout the global Insights network.
