Donna Phillips
Donna Phillips,
B.Comm, Human Resources, has been a member of the Calgary core team
for 2 years coming to us from the Insights Maritimes team. She is an
accredited Insights Practitioner with over 12 years of Human Resources
and business experience in the Oil and Gas, Engineering and Health
Care fields. Donna has diversified experience in areas including
compensation, benefits, human resources information systems, training
and recruitment. Donna has worked within organizations and as an
external consultant with management and employee teams to address
organizational development challenges.
Donna has delivered
many of the Insights Discovery Personal Effectiveness sessions for the
energy sector both in the Calgary office and in the field. She has an
unassuming, practical approach and is able to relate to all levels of
employees. |
