Bob Prescesky
B.Ed.
Bob has more than fifteen years experience in frontline and strategic
work as an internal and external organization effectiveness and training
consultant. He has worked at executive and senior management levels
in the Human Resources field.
His
experiences include projects in the oil and gas industry, engineering,
real estate and home-construction, lumber and plywood, financial, health,
education, manufacturing, food production, community recreation industries,
non-profit and municipal government. He also has international consulting
experience, having facilitated training programs in the Middle East
and Russia.
He is a curriculum designer, facilitator and tutor/consultant in a distance
education program, and teaches classes in the business management program
for S.A.I.T. Bob has had direct responsibility for implementation of
change programs and initiatives in pursuit of a people-focused organizational
culture.
He has a solid background in the management of organizational effectiveness
and human resources strategies. His has had key roles in managing organizational
change, leadership enhancement initiatives, designing and coordinating
performance management & compensation processes, facilitating strategic
planning, board governance training.
Bob has conducted organizational effectiveness studies, recruitment
& retention studies, employee satisfaction surveys and 360 degree
feedback processes. He has implemented new management structures; coordinated
projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and developing and
coordinating a leading-edge feedback process aimed at improving employee
satisfaction.
Bob has accreditation with a number of different program delivery organizations,
including Insights Discovery.
Bob has experience in delivering presentations to large and small groups.
He has been a radio and television broadcaster, and has worked in the
fields of municipal recreation, advertising, marketing and sales, facility
management, public relations and communications.
